Céliane Pochon

Céliane Pochon is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Swiss Federal Office of Communications OFCOM and Co-Project Lead for the Geneva AI Summit 2027. With experience in AI governance, data governance, and international relations, she works at the intersection of emerging technology policy and multilateral diplomacy. In her current role, Céliane coordinates operational preparations, international dialogue and policy development ahead of the Geneva AI Summit 2027, bringing together stakeholders from government, industry, and civil society to shape the global governance agenda for artificial intelligence. Céliane holds a degree in international relations from the University of Geneva and in European law from the University of Utrecht.
