Dragos Velicu

Dragos Velicu is a builder working at the intersection of AI and human behaviour. He led LUMEN, a privacy-by-design system for detecting coordinated inauthentic behaviour online, which won its track at the Council of Europe Democracy Hackathon and reached the final. While most of the industry builds AI to make people more productive at work, he is building AI for the parts of life it has neglected: personal health, growth and balance.
