Clément Étoré

Clément Étoré is the founder of Bulle, a French general-purpose social media platform launched in January 2026 with no outside capital, no tracking identifier. An engineer from the École des Mines specialised in artificial intelligence and cognitive science, he spent five years in the French public service as a data scientist and team lead before building Bulle, which he runs alone. Bulle publishes a transparency report every six months without being legally required to, and was among the winning teams of the Council of Europe's 2026 Democracy Hackathon with a depolarising recommendation algorithm now running in production.
