Cecilia Garcia Podoley

Cecilia Garcia Podoley is a lawyer with 30 years of international experience in both public and private sectors. She has spent the past two decades building and leading ethics, compliance, and anticorruption programmes for multinational organisations, and now works as an independent consultant advising on AI governance and delivering ethical AI training. Cecilia holds an LLM in public international law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is currently a Teaching Fellow at CAIDP and serves as Vice Chair of the Board at Ethics & Compliance Switzerland, where she heads the AI & Compliance Working Group. She is based in Geneva.
