Daniel Pap

Daniel is legal adviser at the Council of Europe’s Digital Development Unit which provides secretariat services for the Council of Europe’s Steering Committee on New and Emerging Digital Technologies (CDNET). Previously, he served as an administrator at the Committee on AI (CAI) and the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) on AI and human rights, and business and human rights. He earlier worked as a lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights. Before joining the Council of Europe, he practised international law as an associate at global law firms.
