Donos Chirill

Chirill Donos is a Software Engineer at Naologic and a student from Moldova, interested in AI policy, responsible AI, and privacy. At the Council of Europe’s Democracy Hackathon, his team built AgnoSpeech, a privacy-preserving hate speech detector, becoming summit finalists. The project evolved into a research paper accepted to WOAH 2026, an EMNLP workshop.
